Contributions to the Ohio Republican Party are not tax deductible for Federal or State income tax purposes. Individual contributions will be used for federal purposes and will be subject to federal elections law. Corporate gifts are permissible under state law and will be used in accordance with state law. Contributions from federal contractors and foreign nationals are prohibited. *Federal law requires us to use best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. All donations are final. Refunds and cancellations will be considered case-by-case at the discretion of our finance team.
